a. Monitor, develop and implement sales initiatives within the dealer network to maximise sales and profit growth through carflow
b. Analyze and identify opportunities that will increase NISSAN / DATSUN competitiveness & market potential
c. Ensure lead performance metrics covering volume and model line/mix profitability are developed and that the ongoing efficiency of fixed and variable selling expenses is maximised to support sales strategies.
d. Review and analyze sales report (such as: SPK, exhibition, DO movement, Retail & Wholesales data) and financial statement condition to monitor financial strength and compliance with agreement.
e. Ensure dealer performance targets are set and performance is tracked, communicating key outcomes and gaining standardisation and consistency across the region.
SALES ACTIVITY PLANNING
a. Make sure outlets provide comprehensive monthly and quarterly sales activity planning
b. Advise outlets for effective / efficent sales activity planning
c. Review marketing and advertising plans for dealerships and assesses current effectiveness of their efforts.
d. Plan, budget and monitor the promotion of sales actions and achievements to ensure consistent improvement of sales, methods, costs and results.
e. Make sure it will be implemented and evaluated for improvement
SALES ACTIVITY CONTROL
a. To control in detail manner the implementation of leads management
b. To analyze leads data to come up with a very accurate forecast
c. To do actions to increase both leads and succes ratios to increase sales
STRONG LEASING & USED CAR BACKUP
a. Work with dealers to always have good relationshp with Leasing for credit sales
b. Meet with leasing panels to understand the situation and improvements needed
c. Wotk with dealers to build strong used car network / partnership
SSI / CSI
a. Increase dealer SSI/CSI performance and promote positive brand relations in the competitive market.
b. Monitor dealer SSI/CSI implementation and score to ensure customer satisfaction and first point resolution to customer’s complaints.
c. Propose national/area sales program in a fiscal year and drive improvement of SSI & CSI through implementation of Customer Handling Standards (NSSW).
d. Understand consumer behaviour and adopt best practices in SSI & CSI, and deliver on local survey results and dealer visit reviews.
e. Increase overall customer interest related to Nissan / Datsun's SSI & CSI result; propose, socailize & monitor the implementation of Kaizen Activity in dealer. "
a. Initiate Kaizen activity base on Genba finding.
b. Improve the AfterSales standard and implement Kaizen activity to enhance Nissan Datsun AfterSales Business (Parts & Acc Sales) & CSI Score.
